The Neptunus Mutual Games!

Dear Neptunus members,

Soon the nicest and most exciting event of the year will take place: our Mutual Games!

Location: Blinkerd (Seinpoststraat 150, Scheveningen)
Date: Sunday, april 14, 2019

During the lessons we are already busy to practise our routines. Every gymnast will perform on his/her own level and battle against other gymnasts from the same year of birth.
There will be official judges, that will check your performances and who knows you will be the winner!
It will be a nice day on which you can show what you all learnt during the last past months. And you can invite your parents, grandparents , brothers, sisters and friends to encourage you in your performance.

The admissionfee to the stands will be €2,00 p.p. Children younger than 6 years will be free of charge. From this fee we will be able to pay for the medals, cups and organise more nice activities and competitions.

*The division of the groups as mentioned above, is approximate. The definite schedule will follow by the end of March.

Outfit
It would be nice if everybody could wear the club leotard or club t-shirt during this competition. (Not obligatory). Cancellation
We assume and hope that every gymnast will participate in this competition. Are there reasons you can’t come? Then you can sign off through this link Cancel Participation Mutual Games or by contacting your trainer. Please inform us before March 22 next, so we can make the definite groups.

Request: assistance
The organisation of the annual club competition is always a challenge for both trainers and board. This year it will take place in the Blinkerd, a spacious accommodation with a large stand. A disadvantage is however the lack of material in the Blinkerd.
Therefore we ask parents/brothers/sisters and other volunteers to help us to load and unload the requested equipment, to build up the accommodation and to break it down immediately after the competition.

- Saturday, April 13, loading material in vans and building up sports accommodation
- Sunday afternoon, April 14 after competition: breaking down and returning the materials.

The more people can help us, the easier and faster the necessary work will be done. So please do not hesitate to give a helping hand. More information about time, location and tasks will follow in the mail you will receive by the end of this month.
